CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Jeff Brooks scored 12 points to help Penn State hold off Davidson 59-57 Sunday in the third round of the Charleston Classic.

A jumper by Brooks with two minutes to play gave Penn State a 59-55 lead, and the Nittany Lions held on for the win despite not scoring the rest of the way.
